NWC Softwash retains title to the goods until payment is made in full, but all risk passes to you upon delivery or collection of the goods by a postal or courier service. It is recommended to consider insurance coverage for the goods.
Orders and Deliveries
You may place orders via the shopping cart tool, email, or telephone. Please note that all products on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. NWC Softwash does not guarantee the availability of goods and accepts no liability for any unavailable items.
We aim to deliver or dispatch orders within two (2) weeks from the order date. However, delays may occur, and we will notify you of any unexpected delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options within 10 business days from the dispatch date:
a. Full refund of the purchased goods
b. Store credit (valid for 6 months)
c. Exchange for another product
Items must be in their original condition, with labels, tickets, and packaging attached. Exchanges are subject to a $12.50 restocking fee per batch of goods returned and exchanged.
Please note that no exchanges, credit notes, or refunds are offered for sale items or international customers. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not comply with our policy.
