What to expect?
We’ll commence at 8.30 am. Please bring a notebook or tablet if you’d like to take brief notes (recommended).
We want everyone to get the absolute most out of the day as possible and as such the session is capped at 9 participants. We’ll cover the topics mentioned and many more, give some demos/hands on training using various types of equipment and attachments. There’ll also be a guest speaker to cover some technical sides of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to save you time and money in the field. Tea, coffee, drinks and lunch will be provided (please notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking)

Important:
THIS IS NOT RECOGNISED, CERTIFIED OR OFFICIAL TRAINING. We are NOT an RTO, you will NOT get any form of special certificates, cards, licences or pats on the bum in any way shape or form.
You WILL get the culmination of 20+ years in business packed as neatly as possible, into one day’s “training”.
Our goal is to give you the head start that we wish our business had back when we started. It is not in any way shape or form complete training and you should do your own due diligence in determining what other training you should engage in for your business.
Any advice offered is general in nature and does not take into account your personal needs or circumstances. What has worked for us may not necessarily work for you.
Fees
All fees will be paid prior to the commencement of training unless prior arrangements are made with NWC Softwash
Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy
Cancellation requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: Full amount refunded
Cancellation requested 2 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course: 50% refunded
Cancellation on business day prior to course commencement, no show on the day, arrive too late, withdrawal during the course: No monies refunded
Change of date requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: No change fee
Change of date requested on business day prior to course commencement: We retain your original payment and charge a $80 change fee
Where a refund is due to a candidate, the applicable refund amount will be provided within thirty days.
Safety
There will be some practical, hands-on training using a variety of equipment and chemicals. It is imperative that you follow the instructors directions regarding safety & the use of PPE where necessary. Failure to follow directions in this area will result in removal from the course.
Coronavirus Risk Statement
The nature of face-to-face training inherently implies physical proximity to both trainers and other students. This carries with it risks associated with coronavirus transmission. NWC Softwash operates under COVID-Safe Plans and employs a wide range of measures to mitigate the risks of coronavirus.
Whilst NWC Softwash as the training provider takes all reasonable and lawful precautions to prevent the transmission of coronavirus, this risk cannot be eliminated. Prospective students wishing to attend face-to-face training do so at their own risk. Booking a face-to-face course acknowledges acceptance of this risk. NWC Softwash encourages all students to adopt a safety-first approach regarding their own health and safety.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late to a course affects the learning outcomes of all students. NWC Softwash reserves the right to refuse entry to candidates who arrive late to a course.
Notes, photography and filming
Please take as many notes as you like, it can be hard to retain information just from listening and we want you to get as much out of the workshop as possible. But we have also put a lot of time, effort and experience into delivering this information. As such photography or filming of any kind during the course is strictly prohibited, and any material handed to you is subject to copyright and not for general circulation.
General
NWC Softwash reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur a full refund and/or an opportunity to reschedule (without penalty) will be offered.
NWC Softwash reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content, trainers or method of presentation at its discretion.
