How long does a battery last?

There’s a few variables but a 5ah battery should last around an hour or so.

Can you do xyz battery brand instead?

Short answer no, many other brands have the BMS in their tooling which would allow potential battery damage if used in something like this. Instead, check out our model with it’s own rechargeable 25ah battery.

What happens if the pump dies?

We offer a 3 month commercial warranty on the pump and components, if it fails within 3 months of purchase simply ship it back and we will replace any necessary components and ship back free of charge.

What happens if the pump fails after 3 months?

Simply ship it back to us and we will replace the pump for $180 inc parts, labour and return shipping australia wide.

What about the housing?

If you manage to break these housings we’ll give you a crisps high five for effort. Under normal use they will outlive your family tree.  Abuse/damage is not covered by warranty and it’s about the only way you’ll ever damage the housing.
